Perfect balance of durability and portability
My very first cage was the Extra Large Kennel for my German Shepherd who kept escaping from every cage we put him during thunderstorms. Our baby was scared and just kept escaping. We tried everything from meds, to training to behaviour doctors. I honestly did not think this would hold him because but I was wrong. He did bend a bar just slightly when we first got it. but he did get use to it. He just gave up on trying to get out. and when a storm would approach he would run to the crate. This crate is his safe place.

XL crate fit snugly in my RAV4 for my German Shepherd. I use them for both personal travel and volunteer work with a local dog rescue. I had to get creative with some wood blocks to level the crates, and added custom liners for extra protection. It would be great if the crates came with tie-down hardware. I bought mine separately and added them to the crates.
