Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us! If you feel something in your order has been shipped incorrectly be sure to contact us as soon as possible.
Return any item that did not end up working out for you (exclusions apply, see note below), in new condition, within 30 days of the delivery date. A credit will be issued to your account/credit card or applied to your exchange, minus shipping costs and restocking fee of 10% of product. After this date the manufacturers’ warranty applies. Regular shipping charges apply on all returns and exchanges. Additional oversized charge will be applied to any XL or Large size kennels that are returned or exchanged. Please see instructions for returning merchandise listed below.
If you purchased from one of our authorized dealers and it is an issue other than manufacturers warranty, please contact them directly for the return/exchange.
Please note that we do not permit the return or exchange of the following products:
- Special orders and/or products that are custom configured to your specifications (this includes customized vent patterns)
- Products sold “as is” or “seconds”
- Used or not “new” condition
- Any kennel altered by consumer
You may want to insure all returned goods for the full retail price. We cannot be responsible for items which are damaged or lost in shipment when being returned. Returns should be shipped via UPS/FedEx or insured
